About me
My name is Callan Ravesloot, and over the past few years, I've been working on developing a style of photography that's part photojournalism, part fine art, and part passion project. I’ve been leaning into the idea that this passion of mine can be put to good use through helping others share what they love, and showing their customers and clients that they love it, through photography.
I’ve always felt that the best photos I take are the ones where people are excited. When it comes to what I can do for businesses and brands, defining the photos as a portrait doesn’t do them justice. When I think of a portrait, rarely does it involve someone actively engaging in something they’re passionate about, and that really defines my work now; their passion.
With landscapes, it’s my own passion that drives the photos. Being from the great state of Montana, it’s really hard to go your whole childhood without developing a strong affinity for the outdoors.
